Ginger Cherry Sour Mocktail

1: Place 2 Delmonico glasses upside down with a 3-inch piece of fresh rosemary in each.

2: Use a lighter to light the rosemary until it is smoking. Trap the smoking rosemary under the upside-down glasses for about 15-20 seconds.

3: Remove and wave around the mouth of the glass to disperse the smoke.

4: Place a large ice rock in each glass and top with 2 ounces sour cherry syrup or tart cherry juice per glass.

5: Add ginger soda until the glass is full.

6: If you like, garnish with another sprig of fresh rosemary. Serve immediately.
