Gluten-free Cornflake Chicken Tenders

1: Preheat the airfryer to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or nonstick spray.

2: Cut the chicken into thick strips about 1 inch thick and 3-4 inches long.

3: In a medium bowl, crush the cornflakes.

4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, pepper, and any additional spices you like.

5: In a third bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

6: Dip each chicken strip first into the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and then into the cornflakes to coat all sides. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.

7: Repeat until all the strips are coated. Spray the chicken tenders with a quick coat of oil.

8: Bake for 16 minutes on the airfryer setting or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
