Lemon Cream Sauce with Crab

1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Reserve 2 cups of pasta water before draining.

2: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add the red pepper and salt.

3: Next, deglaze the pan with the white wine.

4: Using a whisk, add the lemon juice and parmesan to combine until the cheese begins to melt. Add 1/4 cup of pasta water and cream, stirring to combine. Remove from heat.

5: Gently stir in the cooked pasta. Enjoy!
