1: Fill muffin tin with paper cups.

2: In a double boiler, melt chocolate, coconut oil, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and sea salt. Stir until smooth.

3: Fill half a muffin cup with the chocolate mixture and freeze for 25 minutes.

4: In a small bowl, combine filling ingredients and stir.

5: Place approximately 1 teaspoon of filling in the middle of each cup.

6: Pour the remaining melted chocolate on top.

7: Freeze for another 25 minutes.
